Returns

All purchases can be returned for any reason for a full refund for 30 days after the date you received the item. Please contact us for a return authorization number and pre-paid shipping label. You may also return the item to your nearest authorized Agent or reseller. Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive your item and our team has processed the return, we will notify you of the status of your refund and initiate a refund to the original method of payment. The time it takes the credit to apply to your account will vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchange

If your device is defective or fails within 1 year, you are entitled to exchange the device for a replacement of equal value. Please contact us for a return authorization number and pre-paid shipping label. You may also return the item to your nearest authorized Agent or reseller. Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.

Shipping

We will issue a printable return shipping label for Returns and Exchanges, unless the item is returned in-person to any Agent or reseller. Any shipping paid on the original purchase is not refundable.
