This provides repair of damage to your existing device. You will need to send your device to our location to complete this repair order.

Please include a printed copy of your repair order receipt with the returned device.

Your repair will be completed within 3 business days, then returned via the shipping method you choose at checkout.

If you would rather not wait for your phone to be sent in, repaired, then shipped back out, you can also choose to replace your damaged phone with a like-new refurbished phone by purchasing the Replacement option instead.

The final cost for both the repair and replacement options are the same.
For the replacement option, we will credit the difference to your payment method as soon as we receive your old device.

Repairs will be completed within three business days of receiving the defective device.
