To add or edit an APN setting, you must have a SIM card installed in the device. If the SIM card is Verizon, you will be unable to edit the APN settings, as Verizon sets them automatically.
To access the APN settings, go to Settings / Connectivity / Mobile Network / Access Point Names.
To add a new APN, tap the plus near the top right and enter the relevant info.
Press the Menu button (Button with the white dots, in the top left corner) on the keypad and select Save in the menu that’s shown.
Press the BACK key when finished.
